Infant/Toddler Program

Our Infant/Toddler program is for children ages 6 weeks - 36 months and can serve up to ten children at any one time. The small size of our program and our high quality staff make this an excellent growing and nurturing environment for young children. Our priority is to serve the children of teen parents. As capacity allows, the program is available to other families in the community. For information e-mail deidreh@fcwcvt.org or call (802) 262-3292 ext. 156.

After school Program

In late June 2009, the Board of the Family Center made a very difficult decision, with deep regret, to end our After School Program after 26 years of offering this vibrant child care and enrichment program for K-5th grade Montpelier children. The primary reason the Board made this decision was that ASP ran an increasingly large deficit in the last three years and was projected to have a deficit next year if it continued.

Community Connections, another after school program, will continue at the elementary school and is actively enrolling children for fall 2009. Their number is 223-3456 or call the Family Center at 262-3292 x125 for free information on all licensed and registered school age childcare options in Montpelier.
