Vicki Hoefle is a dynamic presenter with amazing knowledge and experience with parenting and child development. This training would benefit anyone working with or supporting families and children. The first day of this training will address how to change the mindset of the adults to understand how integral a role we play in children’s development and behavior. All too often the way adults are engaging with children contributes to ongoing and/or escalating challenging behaviors. Also covered the first day will be how to create awareness in children. The second day will cover how to support positive character trait development in children, and how to create an appreciative environment. This training is recommended to all service providers supporting children and families. You do not need to attend both days if schedules do not work.
